The weekly record has been designed to be practical for busy teams. At the beginning of the week, educators can check key supervision areas, review blind spots, transition zones, high-risk spaces and overall room or yard set-up to help ensure supervision is on track. At the end of the week, the reflection section provides space to review what worked well, note any concerns, and consider what may need adjusting for the following week.
 
The included Active Supervision Focus Spot Signs are designed to highlight key areas that may need closer attention, such as blind spots, busier spaces, entry points or transition areas. They are intended to work alongside your service’s supervision plans as an extra visual support for educators.
